The Viper Pro is the latest addition of the Salming Viper series - featuring a brand new upper for the 2024/25 season that increases support, comfort and fit!

ViperSKIN 2.0™ provides a comfortable fit with three-layered construction. The Exo-skeleton cage creates a comfortable fit around the foot and offers additional support for lateral movements, with a lightweight and durable ripstop nylon upper. The final layer is a dual-layer TPU toe protection to provide extra durability to the area most susceptible to wear due to the movements in squash and other indoor sports. 

The core technologies of the previous Viper models are still present; the XR110™ outsole is a durable, lightweight rubber compound that provides the best possible grip on all indoor surfaces, whilst Salming’s Rollbar technology allows the shoe to move easily in and out of lunges. The LMS offers stability to the landing foot in a lunge to prevent the foot and ankle from rolling over. In addition to this, the Viper has the new RunLite2 midsole used in Salming’s running shoes which provides a better energy return from your first step.

As with all Salming shoes, this is equipped with TGS 62/75™ - Torsion Guide System. The distance from the heel to the ball of the foot (62% of the shoe) has been designed with extra stability, which ends in the so-called “ballet” line, a 75° angle. In front of the 75° line, the shoe has greater flexibility to stimulate the foot’s natural movements.
